Cream Cheese Glaze

A simple Cream Cheese glaze that can be modified to the desired thickness for your recipe.

  • 1/2 pkg 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/8 cup butter softened
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2-3 cups icing sugar depending on desired textured


  1. In a stand mixer cream together cream cheese, butter, and lemon juice until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Add 1 cup of sugar and blend.
  3. Continue to add each cup of icing sugar mixing to ensure fully blended.
