Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • Activia Greek Yogurt
  • Optional: nuts seeds, granola, fresh or frozen fruit

Instructions

  1. Place quinoa, water, cinnamon and ginger in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Cover and lightly boil for 8-10 minutes until all of the water is absorbed.
  3. Fluff quinoa with a fork and transfer to a bowl.
  4. Top with yogurt, and your favourite granola, seeds, nuts and/or fruit.
