Ice Cream Cone Cakes
An easy and fun dessert - cake made to look like soft serve ice cream cones. Perfect for a summer BBQ or party.

Powdered Sugar
icing sugar

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix cake batter according to box directions.

Fill ice cream cones about half full of cake batter.

Place cones in muffin pan and bake about 21-24 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Set aside and allow to cool completely.

In a stand mixer whip butter and vanilla until fluffy.

Then, gradually add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly.

Add milk until you reach desired consistency.

Transfer icing to piping bag and frost each cupcake to look like soft serve.

Top with sprinkles and a cherry.
