A delicious and hearty soup filled with chicken, black beans, sweet potato and quinoa. Made in the crock pot so it's easy and delicious!

Place all ingredients in a crock pot and set on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.

Serve with chopped cilantro and a side of fresh bread.
