How to Host a Holiday Brunch

Crepe Christmas Trees

An easy display of crepes - perfect for a holiday brunch!

Ingredients

  • 3 crepes per person using your favourite crepe recipe
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Berry Sauce
  • Icing Sugar

Instructions

  1. Once crepes are prepared fold into triangles.
  2. Arrange the triangles on the plate so they form a tree shape.
  3. Sprinkle icing sugar all over or just at the base (for snow).
  4. Decorate with chocolate and berry icing.
  5. Serve immediately with fresh syrup and fruit.
