Fruit Nut and Oatmeal Smoothie

A delicious smoothie packed with nutrients and natural thickening agent - oatmeal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp large flake oats
  • 1 cup frozen berry cherry mix or mixed frozen berries
  • 2 tbsp pecan pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 200 g vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender like a Vitamix starting at one and working up to 10.

  2. Once fully blended pour into glasses and top with blueberries, nuts and your favourite straw.
  3. Smoothie will turn into a pudding-like consistency and can be eaten with a spoon. Like a smoothie bowl in a glass!
