Honey Dijon Mustard Baked Chicken Thighs

A delicious baked chicken dish with a sweet and spicy honey mustard sauce. A dinner the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 7-9 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 Maille Honey Dijon Mustard 200ml
  • 4 tbsp peach or apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp reduced-sodium soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic spice mixture or 1 garlic clove minced
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Arrange chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl mix together Maille Honey Dijon Mustard, jam, soya sauce, and garlic until combined.
  4. Sprinkle chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon honey dijon mustard mixture over chicken thighs until coated.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until chicken thighs are fully cooked and juices are clear.
