Honey Soy Rainbow Trout Recipe with Snap Peas and Mushrooms
A delicious dish of fresh rainbow trout with perfect side dishes steamed to perfection.

Ingredients
Marinade:
1/4cupsoya sauce
1/3cuphoney
1/4cupwhite wine vinegar
Ingredients:
2-3Rainbow trout fillets
2green onions thinly sliced
2cupssnap peas
2cupsmixed mushrooms
Instructions
Place fish fillets in a shallow dish (skin side down) and top with 3/4 of the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Set remaining marinade aside.
Remove fish from pan allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place on The Steam Zone™ large steaming tray with skin side up. Top with sliced green onions.
Turn on Breville The Steam Zone™ and cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile in a frying pan add mushrooms, snap peas and remaining marinade. Cook on medium until cooked through.
