Upon closer inspection, I found <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ontariocolleges.ca\/SearchResults\/FIRE-JUSTICE-SECURITY-FIREFIGHTING-FIRE-SYSTEMS\/_\/N-lncf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">college programs<\/a>\u00a0and the hiring prospects for <a href=\"http:\/\/www1.toronto.ca\/wps\/portal\/contentonly?vgnextoid=39103840456e1410VgnVCM10000071d60f89RCRD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Ontario\u2019s largest fire fighting force<\/a>.\u00a0 What I realized is that this was not only a difficult job to get into but one that would require specific training and would really benefit from an undergraduate degree at university.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"normal\" style=\"margin-top: 12.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\">Start Planning Early with Heritage Education Funds for Your Child\u2019s RESPs<\/span><\/h1>\n<p class=\"normal\">So what does that mean for me and for my boys?\u00a0 It means post-secondary tuition, training in another city and at the end of the day, a lot of money.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heritageresp.com\/the-cost-of-a-higher-education\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Heritage Education Funds\u00a0<\/a>estimates that for my boys (born in 2010), the cost of a 4-year program away from home will be $104,999 x 2 boys = $209,998.\u00a0 Pretty much the cost of a house!!<\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-8915\" src=\"https:\/\/familyfoodandtravel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Screen-Shot-2014-07-04-at-12.08.25-AM.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2014-07-04 at 12.08.25 AM\" width=\"1135\" height=\"620\" srcset=\"https:\/\/familyfoodandtravel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Screen-Shot-2014-07-04-at-12.08.25-AM.png 1000w, https:\/\/familyfoodandtravel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Screen-Shot-2014-07-04-at-12.08.25-AM-300x163.png 300w, https:\/\/familyfoodandtravel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Screen-Shot-2014-07-04-at-12.08.25-AM-600x327.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1135px) 100vw, 1135px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; color: #4b2704; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">So as you can see, it\u2019s definitely important to start saving early.
