{"id":4628,"date":"2013-10-12T07:29:28","date_gmt":"2013-10-12T11:29:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/familyfoodandtravel.com\/?p=4628"},"modified":"2013-10-12T13:45:27","modified_gmt":"2013-10-12T17:45:27","slug":"playtime-thomas-friends-fp_thomas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/familyfoodandtravel.com\/blog\/2013\/10\/12\/playtime-thomas-friends-fp_thomas\/","title":{"rendered":"Playtime with Thomas and Friends #FP_Thomas","gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"text"}]},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Thomas the Train and his friends have been part of home since our boys were 1.5. \u00a0At first I was interested in Thomas because I liked the fact that the toys were wooden and would ignite my boys imagination. \u00a0Then, as I got to know Thomas and Friends better I was instantly captivated by their stories and their message. \u00a0I love the special friendships between the trains, the rivalry between the Steamies and Diesels, and all the fun characters. \u00a0My boys love Thomas, but are also captivated by Luke, Hiro, Flynn, Percy and James. \u00a0And, now that they have watched King of the Railway many times, they love Millie!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/familyfoodandtravel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Thomas-the-Train-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-4629\" alt=\"Thomas the Train 1\" src=\"https:\/\/familyfoodandtravel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Thomas-the-Train-1-867x1024.jpg\" width=\"520\" height=\"614\" srcset=\"https:\/\/familyfoodandtravel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Thomas-the-Train-1-867x1024.jpg 867w, https:\/\/familyfoodandtravel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Thomas-the-Train-1-254x300.jpg 254w, https:\/\/familyfoodandtravel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Thomas-the-Train-1.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 520px) 100vw, 520px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I love the hours our family spends creating new train layouts and the stories we make up about the trains.
