Rosee is is one of my favorite pasta sauces. \u00a0I love the creaminess of it without the heaviness of an Alfredo. \u00a0So, you can imagine my delight when asked to try Maison Le Grand’s new Rosee sauces. \u00a0Then I heard they were dairy free. \u00a0I was admittedly skeptical that you could create a sauce made with cream and make it dairy free. \u00a0Wow, was I wrong. \u00a0 These Rosee sauces are\u00a0flavourful, creamy and delicious. And, I love that Maison Le Grand products are made with non GMO products and are not technologically manipulated.<\/p>\n

\u00a0We’ve tried all of the Maison Le Grand Rosee sauces, but the classic sauce is my favorite.<\/div>\n

Our creation: \u00a0Pasta with Asparagus and Kale in Le Maison Grand Rosee<\/h3>\n

We were in a hurry the night we made this for dinner and wanted to create something with added veggies for our family for dinner. \u00a0We took some fresh, in season Kale and Asparagus, cooked them and added them to the pasta. \u00a0Here is how we did it:<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maison Le Grand Rosee Sauce (use your favorite flavour)<\/p>\n

Fresh Asparagus<\/p>\n

Fresh Kale<\/p>\n

Parmesan Cheese<\/p>\n

Pasta of your choice<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Cook Pasta until al dente<\/p>\n

– Meanwhile, saute asparagus and kale with olive oil. \u00a0When finished toss in lemon juice and salt.<\/p>\n

– Cut up kale and asparagus, or leave asparagus whole (like we did).<\/p>\n

– Drain pasta and toss in Maison Le Grand Rosee sauce. \u00a0Add chopped Kale.<\/p>\n

– Plate pasta, topped with asparagus and fresh grated\u00a0Parmesan\u00a0cheese.<\/p>\n
