The combination of chocolate and cherry has long been a favourite of mine. My grandmother used to eat those [easyazon_link identifier=”B00HD41I8E” locale=”US” tag=”famfooandtr06-20″]Chocolate Covered Cherry chocolates[\/easyazon_link] and I loved them. They were so intensely sweet and filled with that cherry syrup. I can just see myself biting into one now and slurping on it. Not the most attractive image but delicious all the same!<\/p>\n
I created this recipe for Chocolate Covered Cherry Cupcakes to bring together those two favourite flavours but without the intense sweetness.
