As the winner of this giveaway you can celebrate the earth with your family and friends and enjoy fantastic treats – Chocolate Garden Cups and\u00a0Koala Crisp\u2122 Mini Cupcakes.<\/p>\n

Chocolate Garden Cups<\/strong><\/p>\n

Serves: 2<\/p>\n

Adorable and fun to make with the family, these Chocolate Garden cups are perfect for kids parties or an afterschool snack. Topped with yummy organic Choco Chimps cereal, the deliciously simple, eggless chocolate pudding is light, easy to make, and not too sweet.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

Easy Chocolate Milk Pudding:<\/em>
\n1 \u00be cup chocolate milk, room temperature
\n2 tbsp. cocoa powder
\n2 tbsp. corn starch
\n1 tbsp. maple syrup or sweeten to taste<\/p>\n

Garden Cups:<\/em>
\n1\/2 cup Choco Chimps Cereal, crushed
\nSprig of mint<\/p>\n

Directions <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Combine cocoa powder and corn starch in a small pot.<\/li>\n
  2. Gradually stir in milk and whisk until smooth. Stir in maple syrup.<\/li>\n
  3. Stirring constantly, bring to slow boil. Whisk for 1 minute until pudding thickens.<\/li>\n
  4. Remove from heat and pour into small mason jars or jam jars, leaving space for topping.<\/li>\n
  5. Chill for 1 hour until cooled and thickened.<\/li>\n
  6. Top with crushed Choco Chimps Cereal and garnish with sprig of mint and popsicle stick.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Koala Crisp<\/strong>\u2122<\/strong> Mini Cupcakes<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Makes: 18 mini cupcakes<\/p>\n

    Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    2 tbsp butter
    \n2 tbsp honey
    \n2 tbsp brown rice syrup
    \n1 tsp vanilla
    \n2 cups EnviroKidz Koala Crisp\u2122<\/strong> cereal<\/p>\n

    Icing:<\/em><\/p>\n

    3 oz cream cheese, softened
    \n1 tbsp butter, softened
    \n3\/4 cup icing sugar
    \n4 tsp cocoa powder
    \n4 strawberries, sliced<\/p>\n

    Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Grease a mini-muffin pan; set aside. In saucepan set over medium heat, bring butter, honey and brown rice syrup to boil. Boil for about 1 minute or until mixture is well combined and slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and cereal.
    \nDivide evenly and press into 18 mini-muffin cups. Cool completely. Remove from pan.
    \nIcing:<\/em> Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter together until well combined. Gradually beat in icing sugar and cocoa until smooth.
    \nTransfer icing to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe a swirl of icing onto each cupcake. Garnish with a strawberry slice.<\/p>\n
