Growing up oatmeal was one of my favourite breakfasts so much so that I often had oatmeal for an after school snack. \u00a0While the one I consumed as a child had more sugar than I’d like to mention I am determined to find a healthier option with less sugar and more ingredients to keep me going for longer.<\/p>\n
