It’s leftover turkey time! Lots of delicious meat leftover and lots more parties to attend. This recipe is perfect for that because you can use leftover turkey and cranberry sauce to make this easy and absolutely delicious appetizer – Turkey and Cranberry Pinwheels.
Turkey and Cranberry Pinwheels
- 1 can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 8 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 2 slices of turkey breast chopped finely
- 2/3 cup grated white cheese cheddar, monterey jack, mozzarella etc.
Heat oven to 350C
Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray
Unroll crescent dough into a large rectangle and press edges to seal
Spread chutney on dough then layer with turkey and cheese
Roll dough as tight as possible to ensure there are not any gaps
Slice with a serrated knife and place on cookie sheet
Bake for 5-7 minutes until edges are golden brown
