Easter Bunny Cupcakes

After a very long Winter I am SO ready for signs of Spring. If you are feeling the same way then these Easter Bunny Cupcakes are the perfect solution. Easy, adorable and made with simple ingredients they are perfect for Easter, birthday parties and Spring celebrations. With only a few ingredients these Bunny Cupcakes come together easily and can be decorated by little hands for a fun interactive dessert.

What You’ll Need:

Directions:

Make your favourite cupcakes (we used Buttermilk Cupcakes) and Buttercream Icing

Pour coconut into a bowl and dip iced cupcakes into coconut until covered.

Pour pink sprinkles into a shallow dish. Then, cut a marshmallow on a diagonal and dip the sticky side into sprinkles until coated.

Attach marshmallow ears with a dab of icing on the bottom.

Finally, place two mini chocolate chips as eyes and attach a pink skittle for a nose (I attached with a tiny dab of icing)

  • Icing
